Wilson Golf has advanced its award-winning Staff Model golf ball franchise with the introduction of two new tour-calibre performance offerings – the Staff Model and Staff Model X.

Building on the global acclaim earned over the past two years for exceptional all-around performance, the latest four-piece urethane constructions deliver enhanced speed, control, durability and feel for elite players.

Both models are also available in the popular TRK360 alignment-focused design, providing golfers with improved visual feedback and precision on the greens.

“The new Staff Model and Staff Model X golf balls are engineered with distinct performance attributes to meet the needs of different elite players,” said Frank Simonutti, Global Director of Golf Ball Innovation.

“We wanted to build on the momentum we’ve had over the last few years, which is our premium balls stack up to anything else on the market and it’s good to see so many golfers are putting them in play,” he added.

The balls are engineered using advanced V-COR performance technology which utilises a unique core composition to magnify energy and generate maximum velocity off the club face for the fastest ball speeds on the market, according to internal testing*.

Staff Model

The Staff Model ball features a compression of 90, which is 10 points softer that the Staff Model X. This ball is designed for the elite golfer who wants the performance of a Tour caliber golf ball but prefers a lower spin rate than a harder urethane ball.

The 2026 Staff Model iteration produces ball velocity, distance, and a lower spin rate (~ 3.5% to 4%) than “harder” premium urethane balls on both driver and irons. The ball utilises a soft-compression rubber core, a softer inner mantle layer to control driver spin, a hard ionomer outer mantle layer for velocity and distance, and a thin, soft cast urethane cover layer for exceptional spin on approach shots.

The dimple pattern of the Staff Model ball comprises 362 dimples arranged in a modified hexahedral pattern. The dimple pattern is designed to produce the optimum flight trajectory to maximise distance performance.

Staff Model X

The new Staff Model X remains the World’s Fastest Urethane golf ball but now offers a softer feel and sound to address feedback from Wilson Tour professionals.

This was achieved with a construction comprising a small, mid-compression core, a soft fatty-acid modified terpolymer inner mantle layer, an extra-stiff ionomer outer cover layer, and an ultra-thin cast urethane cover.

The softer compression core, compared to the previous Staff Model X, reduces driver spin rate, the soft inner mantle layer provides a combination of velocity and feel/sound, the stiff outer mantle layer provides ball velocity, and a thin, soft cast urethane cover combines with the outer mantle layer to provide exceptional spin on approach shots.

The dimple pattern of the Staff Model X is a 362 hexagonal seamless dimple pattern designed to produce the optimum flight trajectory to maximise distance performance.

For added shelf appeal to global golfers, both Staff Model balls incorporate new eye-catching premium packaging to match its on-course performance.

The Staff Model is now available in a standout Graphite Box design alongside the Staff Model X in its Champagne Bronze colourway.

TRK360

Both the Staff Model X and Staff Model balls are also available with the popular TRK360 design.

The 360-degree visual alignment lines are offered in a muted black and silver stripe to help golfers aim more accurately at their target but not become a loud, visual distraction.

The side seam stamp doubles as a training aid during putting practice, with a smooth, end-over-end roll indicating a well-struck putt, while any wobble reveals an off-centre strike.

Wilson Golf has expanded its Staff Model range by launching a new utility iron to help players fill the gap between their shortest fairway wood and longest iron.

Providing ultimate versatility around the course for better players, the new Staff Model RB Utility iron is designed for use off the tee on long par threes, from the fairway reachable-in-two par fives and wherever you need a club that requires shot-shaping accuracy.

Featuring tour-design specifications with input from Wilson tour players, including three-time Major champion Padraig Harrington and four-time PGA Tour winner Kevin Kisner, the RB Utility iron has a sleek, thinner topline to appeal to the better player.

The shaping of the refined clubhead redistributes weight toward both the toe and sole, Wilson engineers achieved an optimized mid-to-low centre of gravity that enhances forgiveness, playability and power.

A hollow body construction produces enhanced ball speeds, shot shaping capability and aerodynamic efficiency, while strategically-placed rib structures inside the head create higher stability on miss-hits. A high strength C300 steel clubface achieves explosive ball speeds with a softer feel.

The new Staff Model RB Utility is available in 18°, 21° and 24° loft options (RH only) and comes fitted with a stock True Temper HZRDUS GEN 4 Black shaft and Golf Pride Z Grip. It has an RRP of £220.

Wilson has utilised cutting-edge AI technology in the production of its all-new Dynapower Forged irons to create one of the most forgiving player distance irons the company has ever engineered.

Constructed from 8620 carbon steel, the new Dynapower Forged irons have been meticulously crafted and rigorously tested using an advanced Wilson Golf AI technology system. This system incorporates a new Variable Face Thickness to ensure faster ball speeds across the clubface.

The Enhanced Power Hole Technology construction (applicable to 4-7 irons only) combines with Variable Face Thickness to deliver maximum distance. Meanwhile, a high MOI construction, a low centre of gravity and the redistribution of weight towards the toe result in more forgiving, higher-launching shots with impressive stopping power on the greens.

“By utilising AI during construction and investing more in R&D, we’ve been able to thoroughly test every possible variation to deliver a forged iron that will offer incredible feel and distance off the club face, while provide an aesthetically appealing, thinner look from the top-line and at address,” said Jon Pergande, Manager of Wilson Golf Club Innovation.

Available to buy from March, Dynapower Forged irons stock shaft options include the premium KBS Tour Lite in steel (R 95g & S 100g) and the Mamiya UST Recoil DART 75 in graphite (65g). Both versions come equipped with a Wilson Lamkin Crossline 360 grip.

RRP: £900 (4-PW) for steel shafts and £834 (5-PW) for graphite. Both shaft options are available in right and left-handed options. A 3-iron is available through custom fit purchases.

Wilson Golf has refreshed its premium Staff Model iron range with the introduction of a modern version of its classic Blades, along with a new CB iron designed for elite players.

With 62 major victories attributed to its irons — more than any other brand — Wilson Golf offers two top quality irons that incorporate common lines and weighting, face milling and attention to precision detailing.

“These latest club developments reflect the Wilson heritage in high performance irons, featuring many similarities in terms of the fundamental technologies and materials used. They embrace modern technology, enabling better players to improve control and deliver consistent scores,” said Jon Pergande, Manager of Wilson Golf Club Innovation. “We designed the new irons side by side to ensure the characteristics were consistent, providing the perfect option for golfers who want to combine the two models throughout the bag.”

Staff Model Blades

Continuing the rich history of Wilson forged blade irons, new Staff Model Blades are driven by performance, weight has been removed from the base of the hosel for a more flowing feel, with the muscle area extremely biased towards the toe.

The combination of a Fluid Feel Hosel and Precision Toe Weighting pushes the centre of gravity towards the toe, allowing for better alignment of the CG to the centre of the face and expanding the impact area, while allowing for maximum forgiveness. A Precision Milled Face, incorporating Double Cut Muscle Milling, offers ultimate control and overall spin consistency.

“The Staff Model Blades are common go-to clubs for our Tour players, because the precise toe weighting allows the face to hold open and not turn over in your hand,” said Pergande. “The Forged 8620 Carbon Steel construction also provides a soft feel, making it easier for an elite player to manoeuvre the ball as required.

Shaft & grip options: True Temper Dynamic Gold Mid 115 Shaft (R/S/X) and Golf Pride Z Grips.
Set make up: 4-PW sets in RH/LH (2 & 3 irons available through custom fit)
RRP: £1,050 ( 7 irons)

Staff Model CB Irons

The Staff Model CB irons offer accomplished golfers with a confidence-inspiring look at address, coupled with the added forgiveness of a cavity-back iron.

Developed in conjunction with the Staff Model Blades, the CB also includes Precise Toe Weighting and a Fluid Feel Hosel, engineered to meet the high-performance standards expected by Tour-level players. Designed with speed and precision in mind, the sleek construction of these irons caters to golfers seeking increased forgiveness in their longer clubs. The soft forged 8620 carbon steel ensures ultimate feedback, allowing players to skilfully work the ball in both directions.

“The CB irons stand out for their exceptional stability on mishits, complemented by the cavity-back design that adds a touch of forgiveness to the overall aesthetics,” added Pergande.

Shaft & Grip options: True Temper Dynamic Gold Mid 115 Shaft (R/S/X) and Golf Pride Z Grips.
Set make up: 4-PW sets (2 & 3 irons available through custom fit)
RRP: £1,050 (7 irons)

Wilson Golf is expanding its golf ball offering by launching two new Tour-calibre balls – the Staff Model X and Staff Model – both of which go on sale later this month.

The new season will see several experienced Tour players, including Brendan Steele, Ricky Barnes, Martin Trainer and Paul Lawrie, playing with the new Wilson Staff Model X and Wilson Staff Model Urethane four-piece balls, which are designed to provide unmatched precision, speed and spin.

Staff Model X (£52 per dozen)

The new Staff Model X ball retains the same characteristics as the previous Staff Model version but has undergone slight modifications to optimise iron spin through alterations to the inner mantle layer. Designed for golfers who want a ball with a firm and fast feel, it enhances spin for approach shots into the green.

The advanced V-COR performance technology amplifies energy around the core composition to generate maximum velocity off the clubface for greater distance. The firm four-layer compressions on the ball work together to produce unmatched shot-shaping off the tee, Tour-level workability off the fairways, predictable stability on approach shots and exceptional control around the green.

The 3SIX2 seamless Urethane outer cover contributes to providing maximum spin, enhancing stopping power on wedge shots, chips and pitches.

Staff Model (£52 per dozen)

The new Staff Model ball retains the same advanced V-COR performance technology and 3SIX2 seamless Urethane outer cover but incorporates a medium-compression core. This core provides a great feel off the clubhead and achieves flatter trajectories on drives and approach shots from a distance.

Both the Staff Model X and Staff Model balls are painted using a finely controlled application process that ensures a flawless finish, resulting in the highest-calibre performance. They will be available in White and Yellow.

‘DISTINCT DIFFERENTATION’

Speaking about the new range, Frank Simonutti, Wilson Golf’s Global Director of Golf Ball Innovation, said: “In looking to continue the success of the popular Staff Model ball franchise, we now introduce two Wilson Tour balls with distinct differentiation to meet the needs of some of the world’s best players.

“We believe that the ‘X’ version ball will appeal to a greater number of elite golfers seeking higher velocity and spin, while the new Staff Model is designed for golfers who generate enough spin of their own. During testing, the ball speed numbers on both models were consistently higher than some of the most popular Tour balls on the market, so we’re really looking forward to seeing how they perform next season.

“The Tour players who played or tested the original Staff Model ball provided us with some valuable feedback about the level of spin they could already generate,” said Simonutti. “Therefore, we made adjustments to the core and inner mantle layer to reduce driver spin while maintaining a firm outer mantle layer and thin cast Urethane cover to maintain high iron spin. The new Staff Model ball is approximately 10 points softer compression than the previous version and exhibits a slightly lower spin rate on wedges.”

Wilson Golf is launching a first-of-its-kind technology that it says is set to radically change the game for both golfers looking for the most advanced custom fitting experience.

Wilson Fit AI is a mobile app-based fitting tool that combines a pioneering Wilson black box algorithm with Blast Motion, the industry-leading motion analysis technology, to deliver a more efficient and engaging fitting process.
Utilising a Wilson iron with a Blast Motion sensor embedded into a standard grip, club fitters will be able to provide real-time feedback for every aspect of a golfer’s swing. It will only take a few swings to understand a golfer’s swing profile and provide the fitter with the knowledge to recommend the perfect set of Wilson customised irons, along with the ideal head model, shaft type and grip for each golf club.
The versatile mobile app-based fitting tool uses a combination of high-G and low-G accelerometers and gyro to capture approximately 12,000 data points per swing with a high degree of accuracy and consistency. The Wilson black box algorithm then processes the information to generate a custom-fit iron recommendation in as few as five swings – based on swing plane, shaft load, wrist hinge, club face closure and swing tempo.Swing data from every single fitting across the globe will then optimise the AI algorithm to enhance each fitting session and make the club recommendations even more accurate over time.

Wilson Fit AI powered by Blast Motion will be available at club fitting retailers across the UK from January.

Alongside the new fitting technology, Wilson is set to launch a new range of Staff Model irons early next year, following the success of the reintroduction of the Dynapower range earlier this year.

Wilson Golf is introducing an all-new range of Dynapower woods and irons some 70 years after it launched the first set of clubs under that name.

Revitalising the ‘Dyna-Powered’ legacy that revolutionised the game with game-changing weight distribution on its iron sets from 1956 onwards, the rebirth of the famous franchise as a modern classic includes the first Wilson Tour spec fully adjustable driver and distance inspired irons, plus fairway woods and hybrids. all of which go on sale in early March.

“We first changed the game of golf seven decades ago and it’s time to do it again,” said Tim Clarke, President of Wilson Golf. “Just like the original concept, these new woods and irons are built with adding more power in mind, as we continue to innovate and deliver top-of-the-line products that raise the confidence of golfers at all skill levels. This time we’ve used advanced AI technology to redefine golf club power options and we’re extremely proud of this new line of Dynapower products and the impact they can have.”

Wilson’s new Dynapower driver is offered in a carbon or titanium head for men or a women’s titanium model

DYNAPOWER DRIVERS

The new Dynapower driver is one of the most adjustable drivers ever created by Wilson and available in both carbon and titanium head options. It comes with a host of custom fitting combinations – from swing weight, flex, shaft, loft and lie – that enable golfers to find the perfect club off the tee, depending on preferred shot shape and ball flight.

Employing advanced Artificial Intelligence, thousands of clubhead aesthetics were analysed using the same computer design process that produced the Wilson D9 wood range. It resulted in the deployment of exclusive PKR2 Technology on both carbon and titanium heads, providing a dynamic face thickness optimised over an extended area of the clubface for fast ball speeds and maximum forgiveness on off-centre hits. A new dynamic six-way adjustable hosel enables fitters to make quick shaft changes, while golfers can benefit from easy one-click launch and spin adjustments.

“Research shows golfers hit 25% more greens in regulation from the fairway, while around 60% of average 10-handicappers hit the green from 125-150 yards out, so that’s why the powerful new Dynapower driver offers many golfers the best opportunity to post better scores,” said Jon Pergande, Manager of Wilson Golf Club Innovation.

Aimed at the avid golfer looking to work the ball off the tee, the lightweight carbon composite panels on the crown and sole, plus a 12g weight moves the centre of gravity low and forward creating a lower spinning driver head with neutral to fade ball flight tendencies.

Designed more at the aspirational player looking to maximise distance with a straighter ball flight, the titanium head option incorporates a 16g rear weight that produces a high MOI driver with a deep, rear Centre of Gravity delivering a forgiving higher launch angle with a neutral to draw bias.

Carbon head loft & shaft options: 9˚, 10.5˚ & 12˚ with Fujkura Ventus Blue shaft
Titanium head s loft & shaft options: 9˚, 10.5˚ & 13˚ with Project X HZRDUS Smoke Red RDX
RRP: £420/£370 (carbon/titanium head)
Grip: Lamkin Crossline 360 g
The Women’s Dynapower driver is offered with 14° of loft and is fitted with a True Temper Project X EvenFlow graphite shaft and a women’s Lamkin Crossline 360 grip.

DYNAPOWER IRONS

Engineered primarily for the aspirational 10+ handicap golfer, the Dynapower irons have been designed to appeal aesthetically to single digit players looking for more distance and occasional mishit management in their game.

They feature variable thickness for each section of the face to make more of the clubface hot, especially the centre-to-toe area where approximately 85% of shots are hit.

“The face on the new Dynapower irons is the thinnest we’ve ever designed relative to the overall average thickness,” said Pergande. “The thinner topline, generous offset and a longer smooth hosel provides a pleasing look at address and the AI methods helped us to reposition weight to drive new solutions for both power and distance.”

Using advanced Artificial Intelligence methods in designing irons for the first time – the same computer process used successfully with the Dynapower and D9 woods – thousands of clubhead data variations and aesthetics were analysed to produce the most effective and pleasing shape possible. The resulting design then incorporated the pioneering Wilson Power Hole 3.0 technology to deliver maximum ball speed across the face of each club.

They also feature heel-to-toe weighting for a higher MOI and a lower centre of gravity design to deliver stability on off-centre hits that also fuels higher launch and steeper descent angles.

Stock shaft options: KBS Max Ultralite in steel or Mamiya UST Recoil Dart 65 in graphite for men, and a True Temper Project X EvenFlow shaft for women.
Grips: Wilson Staff Lamkin Crossline 360
RRP: £700/£800 (5-SW, st/gr). A 4-iron and gap wedge can be added for an extra cost.

WILSON DYNAPOWER FAIRWAY WOODS

Designed using the same AI techniques as the driver, the new Dynapower fairway woods and hybrids feature a high MOI head design and advanced Tour-inspired shape for full confidence off the tee and deck.
The fairway woods incorporate a 12g rear weight that delivers a forgiving high launch angle and ball trajectory. Testing by Tour players during the development of the clubs has resulted in a flatter profile for a clean setup behind the ball.
Men’s loft options: 3 (15˚), 5 (18˚, 7 (21˚). Women’s loft options: 3 (15.5˚), 5 (18.5˚, 7 (21.5˚)
Shaft option: Project X HZRDUS Smoke Red RDX Grip: Lamkin Crossline 360
RRP: £220 Availability: Early March

WILSON DYNAPOWER HYBRIDS

Offered in models for men and women, the Dynapower Hybrid features variable face thickness and internal weighting to position the centre of gravity low and back to produce an easy-to-launch ball flight that is more forgiving. The Tour-preferred flatter profile is also incorporated for confidence at setup.
Men’s Hybrids: 3 (19˚), 4 (22˚), 5 (25˚), 6 (28˚) Women’s Hybrids: 4 (22.5˚), 5 (25.5˚), 6 (28.5˚)
Shaft: Project X HZRDUS Smoke Red RDX Grip: Lamkin Crossline 360

Wilson has taken its softest golf ball, the Duo Soft, to another level with a new core formulation engineered to deliver faster ball speeds combined with the same soft feel.

The upgraded Duo Soft features velocity-boosting additive in its core, specially formulated for increased distance, which results in shots that fly farther and launch easier with less effort.

With its carefully calibrated constriction, the low-compression core and mid-hardness cover offers its softest feel ever, providing incredible overall performance, matched with a premium feel. Optimized aerodynamics also means reduced driver spin for longer carries off the tee, straighter shots and more fairways.

“Wilson introduced the low compression golf ball category nearly 20 years ago, and this improved Duo Soft exemplifies how we continue to lead in innovation for every golfer who values long, straight distance with remarkably soft feel,” said Tim Clarke, President of Wilson Golf. “This new Duo Soft delivers incredible performance, premium, soft feel and a great price compared to similar competitive golf balls. Testing shows that against competitive soft golf balls, Duo Soft has the softest compression and lowest driver spin off the tee. Its unique construction delivers long and stable flight that helps golfers find more fairways, allowing for better iron and wedge spin to attack more pins.”

The new Duo Soft is available in white, green, orange, red, yellow and a women’s version in white at an RRP of £25 per dozen.
